 +전작과 달리 기술책은 두가지 이다. 일시적으로 올려주는건 설명에 일시 + 올려 주는 [[skills]]에 따라 **+ 얼마** 라고 써있고
 +영구 올려주는건 전작과 같이 설명 없습니다.
 +베가스에선 영구 올려주는게 **기본 3**으로 늘어났고 전작과 같이 [[perks#comprehension]]퍽을 찍으면 +1해서 4씩 올라요....

 +[[perks#comprehension]]퍽을 찍으면 +1해서 4씩이고 총 4개이므로 책으로 올릴 수 있는 것은 **16**임. 책을  다 찾을 것이라면 레벨업의 스킬포인트로 84까지 올리면 된다.
 +**Honest Hearts DLC에서 탐험 하다보면 동굴마다 Survival 책 이외에 모든 스킬북을 무작위로((동굴 진입 전 세이브 로드)) 1권씩  중복 상관없이 얻을 수 있습니다. 그리고 그 개수가 아마 5-6개 정도?**
