{{tag>koilocytic atypia}} ====== Koilocytic Atypia ====== {{page>:틀#의학}} Koilocytosis isn't actually 'hpv' itself. It's a discoloration of cells that are USUALLY caused by HPV. Koilocytosis can also be caused by another medical problem if you're HPV negative. But Koilocytosis and HPV are not actually the same thing. They're just linked in the majority of cell changes. 아래와 같은 세포의 형태 변화를 말한다. 주로 [[HPV]]감염에 의한 경우가 많다. * Nuclear enlargement (two to three times normal size) * Irregularity of the nuclear membrane contour * A darker than normal staining pattern in the nucleus, known as Hyperchromasia * A clear area around the nucleus, known as a perinuclear halo. [[Koilocytic Atypia]]와 [[CIN|CIN I]]은 둘 다 고등급 자궁경부상피내종양으로 변형될 가능성이 비슷하고 (14% vs 16%), 관찰자간 혹은 관찰자 내에서도 재현성이 떨어지기 때문에 임상적으로 [[Koilocytic Atypia]]와 [[CIN|CIN I]]은 같다고 보면 된다.
