+[[P.A.M]]이 주는 [[game:fallout:jackpot_missions]]와 [[tinker tom]]이 주는 [[game:fallout:weathervane]]를 어느 정도 완수하면 톰이 DIA 미션에서 얻었다면서 방탄 직조(Ballistic weave)개조가 가능해진다. 일부 의복과 모자를 개조해 일체의 패널티 없이 물리와 에너지 방어를 최대 110(!)까지 올려주는 효자 개조이므로 빨리 얻을수록 좋다.
+패션을 선호하는 경우나, 동료들에게 본래의 의복을 입히고 싶은 경우 유용하다.
+방탄섬유 꾸러미는 상인에게서 구입할 수 있다. 굿네이버의 클레오가 가끔 판다.
