 +  *  1mEq/ 감소시 total body deficit는 200-400mEq/ 이고,
 +  * 2mEq/ 감소시 1000mEq이상의 부족됨을 반영

 +개인별로 다르나 2.5mEq/ 이하시 증상 발현
 +  * muscle weakness, N/V, ileus, polyuria, polydipsia,
 +  * EKG상 flattening of T waves, U wave
 +===== Tx=====
 +replace c kcl
 +====Rapid====
 +Give KCl IV
 +  * Pt. < 40㎏ : 0.25mEq/㎏/hr x 2hr
 +  * Pt. > 40㎏ : 
 +      * K+ < 3.7 10mEq/hr x 2hr
 +      * K+ 3.7-4.0 5mEq/hr x 2hr
 +In all case check stat K+ following each 2hr dose
 +====Slow====
 +Give KCl oral
 +  * Adult : 20-40mEq (bid) or (tid)
 +  * Child : 1-2mEq/㎏/day in divided doses
